Roles Description:

SAFKAR, one of the leading mobile climate control solution providers to railway, O.E.M commercial vehicles and perishable goods transport companies is looking for a Business Development Professional to strengthen and expand its presence in Eastern Europe.

The Business Development Professional will conduct market research, develop and execute a territory strategy, establish connection with the sourcing decision makers of converters and body builders as well as end user logistics companies, cultivate and acquire new customers, develop business relationships with existing customers and manage the sales and marketing activities in the region. Position will be based in Bucherest, Romania and requires occasional travelling to accounts in various countries in the region covering Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Role responsibilities include identification and authorization of businesses operating in mobile climate control industry to represent SAFKAR brand’s service and sales activities in selected regions.

Minimum Requirements:

- B.S Degree from a reputable university, preferably in engineering sciences.

- Min of 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience in industrial manufacturing products.

- Experience in channel marketing and dealership network management

- Self Motivator, ability to develop and implement own agenda.

- Communication and Presentation Competency with High Level Clients in European Cultural Environment.

- Exceptional customer services skills, Strong closing abilities

- Excellency in oral and written English skills

- Microsoft office savvy

- Position will be based in Bucherest, Romania
